Wedding Day Weather

but we do experience cold temperatures, rain and gusty winds. If you are planning an outdoor Wedding or Special
Event, keep in mind that the weather can unexpectedly upset your plans.
Your Event Location
If your event is scheduled to be outside in a Gazebo, Garden, Patio or Poolside area, you and your banquet manager

Your Entertainment
Professional musicians cannot perform for an outside wedding ceremony or wedding reception if the temperature goes
lower than about 65 degrees Fahrenheit, unless a heated tent is provided. The colder it gets the greater the chance
of instruments being damaged, plus it's nearly impossible to play with cold hands. Other weather conditions that
